We have been finding well-being in this hectic time for 25 years
Penzion u Veselých is a family pension full of friendly and relaxed atmosphere. For over 25 years, our mission has been to convey this well-being to all visitors and to find something nice for everyone to refresh themselves in this busy time. You won't find a waiter in a tailcoat or a reception here, but you will meet a home family, smiling people willing to give you beer, information or sit with you at any time.

We have been helping you for more than 15 years.
We like to hike in the mountains not only in the Czech Republic, so we also visited a beautiful region in the north of India called Ladakh. A region known as Little Tibet with many monasteries and a tradition of Buddhism that is still alive today, as it was in Tibet itself. One of them is this beautiful and remote Ki Monastery. That is why it is wonderful for us to support here from 2018 a boy named Geyndun Sherab with the amount of CZK 6500 per year. Geyndun would like to become a healing monk. The nearest hospital is 3 days away by car, so local residents rely mainly on natural treatment. At the same time, we would like to thank the organization Most pro Tibet, which organizes this assistance.
Our help in far away India.
We are all lucky to live in Europe. We take the absolute excess of everything around us for granted and sometimes forget that there are areas where people have to live on one dollar a day and it is almost impossible for them to pay for their children's education. That's why in 2005 we decided to share this happiness of ours and through the Distance Adoption program we supported the boy Michael Raj from the age of 6 in 2005-2016. He lives in one of the poorest regions of India - Karnataka, on the southwest coast. The Diocesan Catholic Charity in Hradec Králové supports the local school. Our annual contribution of CZK 5,000 was used for Michael to buy school supplies, food and a school uniform. In 2018, Michael was 15 years old, finished school and is now working, as is common in India at that age. At the same time, we would like to thank the Diocesan Catholic Charity, which organizes this assistance.
