Terms and conditions
- The accommodation category is a guesthouse, not a hotel, therefore we do not offer hotel services.
- The lodger has the right to require a minimum number of nights different from the number stated in the price list in some dates.
- The stay is bindingly reserved by the accommodation provider after receiving a deposit from the customer, if this is required by the accommodation provider.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- The deposit is returned only when the reservation is canceled in writing by the customer and only after the relinquished place is occupied by another client.
- Moving the date of so-called moving out is not possible during the winter season.
- The supplement for the stay or the entire stay is paid on the spot upon arrival at the accommodation, always for the entire ordered stay.
- The payment for the stay is non-refundable after payment.
- The prices are contractual, valid when ordering the stay. Further price changes (e.g. last) do not affect the pre-agreed price.
- For weekly stays, the full price is paid regardless of the number of days actually spent in the accommodation facility and regardless of the number of meals checked out.
- You will be accommodated from 15:00, you must leave the rooms by 9:30.

- Only house shoes are to be used in the boarding house, the heated shoe room is reserved for others.
- Kouření není dovoleno v celém objektu, pouze venku. V zimě je pak možno použít vstupní chodbu!
- Car parking in front of the guesthouse is possible in a limited number only in the summer months, the nearest free parking place in the summer is at the Budovatel guesthouse. In the winter season, you have to use other private paid parking lots in the vicinity (Budovatel).
- We do not accept re-ordering of dinners for stays with breakfast on site. There is a surcharge of CZK 100/night for vegetarian meals in addition to the half-board payment. We do not provide vegan meals. We do not provide gluten-free meals. All types of meals for an additional fee must be announced at least one week before starting accommodation.
- The client is obliged to report any defects in the room, or in other parts of the boarding house used by him, upon check-in. In case of proven damage to the boarding house's equipment, he is obliged to pay for the damage on the spot.
- We only accept dogs of small breeds and outside of winter periods. The fee for a dog is 200 CZK/night. The owner of the dog is responsible for all damages caused by the dog. In case of complaints from other guests about the dog, concerns about allergies, etc., the dog owner is obliged to accept the instructions without compensation the owner of the boarding house, such as restricting the dog's movement around the boarding house, especially in the dining room. The dog owner is also obliged to clean up dog excrement and not to pollute, especially the terrace in front of the boarding house, where small children move.
- In winter (usually 25.12. - 1.4.) entrance to the wellness center is included in the price, the wellness center is open from 4:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. except on Saturdays, common entrance for all.
- In the summer (usually 1.4. - 25.12.) entrance to the wellness center is for an additional fee of 250 CZK/hour/person/ and can be ordered in advance or during the stay. Wellness is in private mode, you are alone here.
- Entry to the wellness center is permitted for children under the age of 12, without exception, only when permanently accompanied by their parents.
- The use of exercise machines is strictly prohibited by persons under the age of 15.
- Visitors of the wellness center are obliged to observe hygiene and behave in accordance with the operating rules of the wellness center.
- We do not provide any additional towels, sheets or bathrobes for the sauna, guests are provided with one towel per room.
- The guesthouse only provides the following hotel services to a limited extent for an additional fee: change of bed linen set 70 CZK, change of towel 30 CZK, change of sheets 30 CZK, daily cleaning of the room + 150 CZK/day, hotel soap 20 CZK, shampoo 20 CZK, hair dryer 50 CZK/day
- We do not send forgotten items, but we store them for 14 days. Only personal collection within 14 days.
- In the summer, it is possible to park at the guesthouse. We offer one parking space per room. In case of a larger number of cars, they will not park at the guesthouse.
- The driveway is not maintained in winter! It is forbidden to drive up to the guest house and park here. If anyone does so, it is entirely at their own risk and the owners of the guest house are not responsible for any damage to the vehicle.
